Homemade eggnog is so rich and creamy, with mouth watering hints of nutmeg and vanilla.If you don't have time to make your own, there are good brands in the store you can add you canna butter to. But, try this!! We promise it's worth the extra effort! At least once a year! Honestly, it is fabulous.  Serve the Egg Nog in ½ servings, and if your guests want more they do so at their own risk!
  1. 5 egg yolks
  2. ½ cup sugar
  3. 2 cups whole milk
  4. 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  5. 2 – 4 tablespoons Salted CannaButter, melted
  6. 1 tablespoon vanilla
  7. 5 egg yolks
  8. 2 tablespoons sugar
  9. Freshly grated nutmeg
  1. In an electric mix beat the yolks until they are light. Add the sugar in a stream, and when dissolved add the milk, cream, Salted CannaButter and vanilla.
  2. In another mixing bowl whip the egg whites till soft peaks form. Add the remaining sugar and beat till stiff.
  3. Whisk the egg whites into the mixture and chill.
  4. Just before serving add several grinds of eggnog.
  5. Enjoy!
