Everyday I'm Trufflin'
These sweet holiday truffles are a snap to make. A dab or two and chocolate makes you feel less desserted.

Servings: 30 Servings
- - 1 lb BitterSweet Chocolate
- - 1 Cup CannaCream
- - 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
- - 2 Cup cocoa powder, dusting
- Heat cream on medium heat until light froth. Pour over chopped chocolate and allow to sit in the bowl for 5 minutes covered. Stir and add remaining ingredients and any flavorings you may enjoy. Mint, Almond, etc. Place in the fridge for 3 hours until firm enough to scoop. Scoop and roll in Cocoa Powder or melted chocolate.
