- - 1 orange
- - 1 ½ cup orange juice
- - 2 Tbsp lemon Juice
- - 2 Cups granulated sugar
- - 1/2 Cups medicated glycerin
- - 1 Tbsp Butter
- - 2 ea liquid Certo pectin
- cook all ingredients except the pectin for 5 minutes on high. Stir in pectin and pour into a pan to set overnight. Cut and toss in sugar to preserve.

Trying to make these jellies today. I am a cook, but may I suggest a little more words per each receipt. Example. One orange. Ok....I am assuming I peel, cut into pieces and cook along with other ingredients. Well there are big pieces in pot. I am trying to mash them...?? Need more information. Also 2 each fruit pectin....does that mean 1 box that contains 2 pouches?? I am going to use those 2 pouches. Please advise. Thx. Cindy
