Ingredients
  • - 1 watermelon
  • - 4 oz feta, crumbled
  • - 1 oz fresh mint, chopped
  • - 1 tsp cayenne
  • - 1 tsp smoked salt
  • - 1 oz Infused Olive Oil
  • - 1 ea grapefruit, juiced
Directions
  • In a small mixing bowl whisk together medicated olive oil and citrus juice. Next add the salt and cayenne pepper. Toss in your watermelon and mint and put it on a plate. Garnish with the crumbled Feta.
