Jalapeno Poppers

Wrap these in bacon and pig out on them. Once you start, you can't stop.

  • - 1 lb small/medium, halved and seeded jalapenos
  • - 1 lb cream cheese, softened
  • - 1 Cup grated Parmesan
  • - 1 tsp dried oregano
  • - ¼ Cup chopped chives
  • - 2 Tbsp HoneyBuzz
  • - 2 Tbsp Infused Olive Oil
  • Place jalapeno halves skin side up on a foil-lined baking sheet, and broil just until softened, 3-5 minutes; set aside. Place bacon on another baking sheet; broil until fat is rendered and bacon is halfway cooked; set aside. Turn oven to 420°. Mix cheeses, chives, warm HoneyBuzz, olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Spoon about 1 tbsp. filling in each jalapeno half. Wrap each with a strip of bacon and secure with toothpicks. Bake until bacon is crisp and filling is melted, 10-12 minutes.
