Kale Chips

Kale is all the rage and for good reason. It's really good for you. It can be a little rough on the wallet though if you are buying these in the store.

Ingredients
  • -1 lb Kale, stems removed
  • - 3 oz Infused Olive Oil
  • - 1 tsp salt
  • -1/2 tsp pepper
  • - 1/4 tsp cayenne
Directions
  • Method: preheat oven to 350. Massage the oil into the Kale and sprinkle with seasoning. place on wax paper and cook until dry, 18-35 minutes
